I used Photoshop to create this just using the rectangle tool to create lines and small shapes for the art deco effect. Then just layer masking a metal to give it the effect, adding shadow. I did the same with the text. I chose the three colours because black symbolises sophistication, power and elegance; while gold connotates wealth, tradition and sophitication. The silver in the text represents glamour, authority and grace.
